Guess I need to be more specific! I have iTunes downloaded! C'mon, I'm not that thick! But with XP I could open the iPod drive and copy the music folders straight to my pc. But with Vista (no, i'm not changing back!!) I can't seem to find a music folder. I don't need smart *** answers! Thanks

I have just bought a new laptop that already came with the new Windows software but I can't seem to be able to copy the songs I have in my iPod to my computer. Anyone has any ideas?

I recently purchased a zune. It seems that evertime i go to use it the battery is dead. Does anyone have this problem out there, or a problem with the battery?, and is there anything that i can do about it?

it will burn up to track 5 out of 19 and then the rest is blank, but it will play on a computer, just not on a cd player or stereo system (both new)

not THAT easy. So here's my q : how do you put music videos and dvds on my ipod? I tried to put music videos, but after i download it it doesn't do ANYTHING!!! Also, whenever I put a dvd in the cd rom this thing that wants to play the movie pops up. PLEASE HELP!! ANY INFO IS TAKEN!! THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!! i enter the cd in drive and it appears on itunes but when i try to drag the song over to my ipod it has a circle with a slash in it it as in u cant do that. did i forget a step? what else do i have to do to work.

I was wondering when and if they are going to make more colors available for the IPod video. Mine recently died (And yes it was insured) and I was also wondering what to name it Any ideas?
