Do the silicon cases for ipod nanos have any bad or reverse affects on your ipod?

Like, sticky stuff, scratches, residue, scrapes or anything like that? Also, how can i clean the case? (ie-water and soap?)

The silicon cases don't really do anything harmful to the ipod and don't leave any residue that I know of. But they don't protect the screen at all and that In my opinion is the most important part. I would recommend an agent 18 case it is a clear hard plastic case that protects the whole ipod. You can get it at http://www.agent18.com/ I have purchased several cases from them for all of my ipods.
