I see not reason to compare. They are both mp3 players that do it in their own way.
It's just like the age-old useless Mac vs. PC battle that will NEVER be won. Just pick your personal preference and go with it.

i like Apples, ipods, and os greater valuable. whether, google the recent homestead windows working equipment, homestead windows 7. it is via be released on the top of the three hundred and sixty 5 days. desktops do fee much less. i've got in no way owned a Zune, yet i like my ipod touch. i think of you may get a pc with homestead windows 7 and an ipod even with your like to verify. a pc will save you many hundred money whilst buying an equivilent workstation.

CNET.com has a comparison between both on their website, I advise you watch the video because its very informative and fair to both brands (microsoft, Apple).
In my opinion Ipods are overrated and overpriced. The Zune however, has less support and acessories. My advice is to do research and make your own decision based on fair reviews.

but to answer your question, if you like iTunes go with the iPod.
If you want a nice alternative, go with the Zune. I just happen to think iPod because its easier to get content from iTunes.

DEFINITELY IPOD! I love mine. It froze once. Had it for a long time and more options with an ipod! I love having something you can store any info on that you want. No comparison ipod is better by a long shot

iPod. Accept no substitutes! Better, time-tested, looks nicer, more accessories for it. Let Bill Gates know that he can't corner *every* computer-related market.

it depends what you like?? do you want colors?? bigscreen??? ipods are my choice but they are a pain because they freeze alot :(
