I bought a sansa 250m 2 gig mp3 player today and synchronized a bunch of songs onto it and it was working fine, but then i turned it off for awhile and when i turned it back on it said " not enough space for music DB. please free 8 MB." it also says "no files". so I thought i should just free 8 mb but whenever i plug the mp3 into the computer and sychronize songs or take off songs it says windows media player cannot synchronize please try again later. so it says theres no space, and to free 8mb, yet it also claims there are no files, so it doesn't really make any sense.

has anyone experienced this?

or any suggesions would be nice.

I have a big selection of songs on my computer and iTunes library but I don't want to import EVERY single song onto my iPod. I can, of course synch specific playlists and manually add songs --but it would be really cool if I can keep one "organized" library for my iPod and one main one on my harddrive. Is this even possible? It's probably wishful thinking but I'm trying to figure out the best way to stay organized. Any suggestions?

I've looked around for iPods and other mp3 players on eBay, and I keep coming up with mp4 players that are cheaper than mp3 players. Let's say all I'm looking for is music playing (mp3 playing) capabilities, is the mp4 player a good decision?

I have a Zen Vision M, and it is working fine with the version of Creative MediaSource that came with it. I downloaded the latest version of MediaSource (5) from Creative, and my MP3 Player does not show up in any of the source windows. I made sure the device detector is enabled. Any ideas?

We bought a 5 wheel click Ipod three years ago. Now it froze. Meaning every time, I do listening to music it stops and I can't turn it off nor can I play it again. It just sits frozen. I tried everything.

Also when I update new songs on the Ipod it automatically erases the songs that are on Ipod. My questions is do other consumers experiences the same problems that I have, and if so what could be done to make Ipod experiences more successful? Also why won't Apple admit troubles with Ipods and Ipod nano?

I would really like to get the new Ipod Nano. I heard that you need to buy alot of things just to make the thing work. So any suggestions in what I need to buy?? I just want a 2GB.

I think my ears are too small for the headphones to fit. Every time I try to adjust them in my ears...after 2 min of having them in, my ears become sore when I try to remove them. Please help!

P.S. Its not the volume being too high either ;)

I used to think that the Creative Zen and the Microsoft Zune were both better than the iPods but I'm not so sure now.

I am now on my second iPod that I've had for about six months now and it has a major boo-boo (constantly skipping songs).

I will be getting my money back and a chance to get something else. Should I stick with another iPod (we've had bad luck with them) or try something else like a Creative Zen or a Microsoft Zune? Both have 30 GB which is more than my 4GB Nano.

I'd like a good answer with a little description of why you would pick the CZ, MZ, or something else; not just a one-word answer.

I have taken it off auto sync, I now understand this part, now Ive put some songs from my bros computer and now want to add some more songs from my computer. How do I put more songs on it without getting rid of the others?! I cant find the songs that are on it already to save them somewhere, this is really frustrating!! I hate iTunes!!

Switchfoot's Nothing is Sound CD. I'm trying to import it onto itunes but it says it's protected or something. I already have it saved on my computer but it's in a protected WMA format, whatever the crap that means. I bought the fricken CD, HELP!

my wife bought me a dj system and a karoke system with mixer and all for christmass and i do not know how to hook all of it up it is a professional system but when it comes to hooking everything up i am lost,the karoke system is a jvc xl mv303 player and the dj system is a gemini 210 series and the amp is a lineartech L-700 but i have no idea on how to hook everything up nor how to hook everything up to the mixer so if there are any professional djs and karoke professionals out there who could help i would really appreaciate it,thanks

i got am ipod shuffle for christmas, and i'm having trouble getting it to work. i plugged it in to my computer, and i put music onto it (copied and pasted it to the 'removable drive') and then left it in to charge the ipod battery. then i took it out and tried listening to it, but when i push play, the little light flashes green once, and then orange 5 or 6 times, and nothing happens.
i've tried a few different sets of headphones, so thats not the problem.. and there is defenitly music on it.. any ideas?
