How can I make my Ipod headphones not hurt so much?

I think my ears are too small for the headphones to fit. Every time I try to adjust them in my ears...after 2 min of having them in, my ears become sore when I try to remove them. Please help!

P.S. Its not the volume being too high either ;)

Purchase new headphones that are comfortable. The iPod is compatible with other headsets.

I have the same exact problem! Just buy a more comfortable pair of headphones...

i just use other headphones for mine cause i hate the kind that it comes with!!
