my sister just got a new laptop and needs to transfer her music from her itunes on her old laptop onto her new one. but she doesn't know how. any help?

I bought this >> http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4662217 for my iPod nano and on the screen of my iPod it says "FireWire connections are not supported. To transfer songs, connect the USB cable provided." and it won't go away, even after restarting my iPod. How can I make it go away and stay away?

today i decided to update my ipod, well it froze all of my music was deleted. My ipod is not being recognized by both windows and itunes, but the screen says DO NOT DISCONNECT and the battery is being charged. Whats the problem it is brand new I've only had it for about 3 weeks.

ive been tryin to add music to my psp but havent been succesfull. i know to a certain point but than i dont know after that. i connect the data cable go to my computer open romovable disk go to psp than music and i get lost after that??? whats next???

Nothing complicated here. All I want is to be able to listen to music when I go jogging. Most people I see have I-Pod Nanos. I went to Best Buy and they cost $149. I can buy something else for $50 that has just as much memory. Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should buy and most important WHY I should buy one over the other. Thanks.

I have an ipod mini -I have no idea what gen it is. It plays some songs and skips right over others -sometimes skipping up to 10 or 15 songs. It keeps playing the same songs over and over again but its not on repeat or even shuffle. I have reset it countless times but its not helping. Its like it only plays the songs it wants to play. Any ideas?

I have a video ipod and i have about 810 songs on it. I also have a picture of each song on there for every artist. But just recently on my itunes eveything seems fine and the pictures match up with the artist but on the actual ipod theyre all mixed up how can i get it to match up on my ipod? once i plug in the usb cable after installing itunes and uploaded new songs after the new installation, it asks "do you want to change the link to this itunes library and replace all existing songs and playlists on this ipod with those from this library?" If i click yes, it will delete my ipod and just upload the newly added songs. If i click no, only the songs before installation are on the ipod. need help plz.
