Disconnect it, then reconnect it and run the Factory Restore option in the Ipod Updater.
Make sure you have the latest updater from the Ipod site
http://www.apple.com/itunes/
Then resync your music

i'd flow with the iPod touch through fact of trouble-free touch-demonstrate screen navigation and a constructive length demonstrate screen. The demonstrate screen length is suited for enjoying video clips on the flow. The song sounds large contained in direction of the headphones, yet you may in basic terms use the headphones that come out of the field, no different headphones will extra healthful. 8GB won't be that lots, yet once you dont choose to apply distinctive memory, 8GB would be o.k.. in case you go with to get a extra cost-effective iPod flow with the classic, yet i do advise the touch.

im not quite sure what happened, but when you update your itunes...NEVER and i repeat NEVER have your iPod plugged in when it's updating. its happened to me a couple of times. but if you have had your ipod for only 3 weeks, you should be able to return it and get a new one. it should have one of those return policies on it, so u can just get a new one

DON'T PANIC!
As long as you still have your music in your iTunes library you can restore it to your Nano. Go ahead and unplug it. Restart your computer (just to be safe), then plug the Nano back in. It should resync with iTunes.
