under warranty, and they send me a brand new ipod in its place, can I then take that ipod and sell it on ebay?

I only have one ipod now (the one they sent me as a replacement).

Is this against company policy or something?

I have an iPod video and my nephew got a nano yesterday for X-Mas. I have a library already established on my PC. When he tried to connect his iPod and download music, my libary appeared and we couldn't figure out how to get music from my library onto his. Do you have any idea how we can do this? Thank you-

okay so i plugged it in a little box poped up and this is what it says........
the ipod "Kim's ipod" is synced with another itunes library. Do you want to erase this ipod and sync with this itunes library?

and i can either click the button cancel or erase and sync

i only clicked cancel cus i dunno wat the other one would do

I know that i can use bluetooth or some sort of cord that connects to my usb and the phone and all that
However, i have been told by the people at vzn that you can use a SanDisk microSD/TransFlash card thing and that you can transfer music that way. However, i'll put music on the card and then it wont appear on the phone when i put it in. The phone reads the SD card thing but i cant see the music anywhere. I dont know what to do. Ive already formatted the card, and on the motorola website faq it says to like sync it and on your phone it will say "connected" but it never works and i really have no idea what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have all the songs on iTunes.I had the songs on the iPod at one time. Now when i try to add some more stuff it says

"The iPod cannot be ejected because it contains files that are in use by another application"

I am in the process of making a DVD using video I shot this summer with my camcorder, but since it was a new camcorder, I had the video set at the highest quality. My DVD size is 1.8 GB too big. Does anyone know of a way of reducing the size of an MPEG file so I can fit it all on one DVD? Is there any freebie software I can download to help with this?
