under warranty, and they send me a brand new ipod in its place, can I then take that ipod and sell it on ebay?

I only have one ipod now (the one they sent me as a replacement).

Is this against company policy or something?

Just make sure you let the new owner know that its a replacement iPod and let them know if its under any kind of warranty :)

the only way you could restoration the show is to take it to an authorized apple restoration midsection (no longer an apple shop). in case you go with for to deliver it in to apple the only way you could is to do a grasp fix (so jailbreak is going away) till now you deliver it. the only subject could be you may loose in app information wish I helped :)
