Also, do you have to pay a monthly fee with either? I have seen cable channels offer Dvr, but can you buy one were you do not have to pay the montly fee?

Please Help...I have an old Panasonic Handycam (crica 1990) and I was trying to make home movies for my family for christmas. The only problem is that the video camera will not play the movies properly. The picture is all wavy and black and white but the sound is perfect. Can someone please please please help me ASAP as I don't want to loose these memories and I would really love to give them as a gift. How can I play them? What do I need to buy?

I have Verizon Wireless service on my cell phone and I am thinking about buying some ringback tones.

I am still a little confused about how much it costs, though.

I've heard that it's $1.99 to buy a tone for year and that it's an additional $0.99 each month.

Does the monthly fee of $0.99 apply to each ringback tone? For instance, if I purchased 3 ringback tones (one for my mom, one for my brother, and one for my best friend), would I have to pay $1.99 per tone and then $2.97 per month ($0.99/month/tone times 3 tones) or would it still only be $0.99 per month, regardless of how many tones I purchase?

It seems that they are not concerned with existing customers who need the instant rebate to purchase, only new customers &existing customers who are willing to purchase at full price &wait for the mail in rebate to get back to them sometime next century, which I can’t afford to do during a normal month, right before Christmas is just laughable.
So here is my question, what is the best way to purchase this phone to maximize all sides of savings? Do not get me wrong, I realize this may be the best offer going &I just might have to wait till they offer it through there telesales, but I also know that they let their venders sell it too &maybe some of them have a better offer. Right now this is the best offer I know of, through their telesales, I can get $150 off the purchase price of the phone &by going through their telesales they also wave the activation fee for another $36 off for a total savings of $186, does anyone know of anyone else selling this phone for a better price?

How do i know when it's time to discard a refridgerator? I have a refridgerator that has been passed down for 2 generations. My grandpa used to be a refridgerator salesman and he kept this refridgerator because it's made from steel and was nearly twice the cost of other refridgerators at the time. It meant a lot to him. He got it for being Employee of The Year at his company. I own it now and frankly it isn't quite working. I put a cabbage loaf in there tuesday and went to have a nibble of it today and it had gone bad. I wondered why it had done such a thing. Later, while drinking my coffee I spat it out all over my pants because the milk had gone bad. I also put an entire cake in once, went to bed, and in the morning there was a large bite mark in the cake and my kitchen window was open. I live by myself and was baffled by this. I didn't bite the cake. I think my fridge might have taken a bite. What should I do?
