Does your Treo restart a lot? Mine keeps on restarting and some applications don't work correctly, they freeze, is there anything I can do or is that common?

There could be multiple reasons for your Treo 650 rebooting. Generally, if you are installing a incompatible 3rd party applications on the device. There are many users with this issue if they upgrade their device to the latest Firmware from the Palm Website. If the firmware upgrade did not go well, you will find the looping on the device.

If the device is rebooting when you're trying to launch a particular application, then there are chances of some corrupted data in that application. If that is a 3rd party application, I suppose you need to install the software. If all is correct, then you can always go for a replacement of the device by calling Sprint. You can always take online support from Palm Support page.

yes it did. i went overseas and it freaked out on me about 2 weeks into my trip. scrooling thru all the menus wiped out my pics and info i had on my sd card and i woudl reset it and it would continue doing the same thing It finally stopped and the screen was not working with the stylus. Ill tell u what .......no more treos for me! Ever!!!! I ended throwing the thing out to sea. Need a stylus, holster, sd card or charger??? Oh and also let the battery totally run out and then recharge it to begin from the beginning ....this is a last effort if all else fails.

If you are close to filling up the memory, that may have something to do with it. (videos and MP3's take up a lot of space, so if you have those, try putting them onto a SD card)

Otherwise it is like others have said... 3rd party application. You may have to re-install them 1 by 1 to see if it is one of those...
