PSP v2.71, Help! IS there a forum I can go to?

I am new to PSP. I am trying to connect my PSP to my MAC Airport wireless network. It keeps getting error and timed out from connecting my IP address. Does anyone knows and have the similar problems? I type in my WEP, but it ask me for the WEP KEY, with hexidecimal. Whats that? Hope you/someone will help. Thanks
