No -- your best bet if you want to make payments would be to purchase it on a credit card and make payments to the credit card company. Good luck!

Why not just set aside that certain amount a month for how ever many months and pay cash? By then the price may drop, there will be more available, and the newer ones may have some of the glitches worked out.

I don't think that there is anywhere that will let you do that. If you are 18, apply for a credit card...but remember that you need to pay that money back plus interest...so don't overspend. The other senerio is to put it on layaway and make payments over 3 months.
