Ok...my iPod Nano is weird. I had a song that was in my iPod nano and I was trying to look for it a few days ago and it wasn't there..it's still in my iTunes and I've updated it a few times today and it still wouldn't go in and then I have a problem with the time in my iPod. i live in NY and when it's AM or PM, it's turns like the totally opposite. like I set it to say, 5:30 pm and it says 5:30 AM. I keep trying to change it but it turns back. What's wrong with my iPod?

I don't want a camara-phone, or a bluetooth-phone, just a phone would do. It seems like the companys are forbiding sells of cheap phones everywhere. "Sing up for 2 years or pay a fortune" they say. HELP!

PS. I already have an active cingular sim card with monthly service.

I won't go into the soap opera but I have a gps tracking device on my car and I want to turn it over to the police. This is my car and I am an adult. I really would appreciate some advice.

I've been told the tracker emits a signal that can be detected with a divice. Another was to walk around my car with a AM/FM radio with dial all the way to the top so there is static and when static changes rythmically, bingo! Finally, I was told that it is the size of a pack of gum and can only be found by sight.

Do any of these suggestions hold water? Your suggestion for finding? Are there preferred places these things are located?

I've tried TiVo and loved most of its features, especially search by keyword, director, actor, etc. Somehow I now have the far inferior Time Warner DVR service and am considering going back to TiVo. Before I do that, do you know of other services that I may like? I have broadband and run a Mac, so a computer based service may be an option, but something makes me nervous about that. Thanks.

I have cingular. and my phone is a Samsung ZX20. As i was updating my ipods firmware, the program froze and i couldnt eject my ipod either way, so i just restarted my comp and took out the ipod from the comp, and now my ipod keeps restarting itself, the apple sign keeps going on and off, i even let the battery die, but when i turned it back on, it does it again, wat shall i do! its the 30gb ipod video too! damnit
