What can I do to change my iPod nano?

Ok...my iPod Nano is weird. I had a song that was in my iPod nano and I was trying to look for it a few days ago and it wasn't there..it's still in my iTunes and I've updated it a few times today and it still wouldn't go in and then I have a problem with the time in my iPod. i live in NY and when it's AM or PM, it's turns like the totally opposite. like I set it to say, 5:30 pm and it says 5:30 AM. I keep trying to change it but it turns back. What's wrong with my iPod?

goto apple if u just got ur ipod theres a warranty and they will fix it..make sure u backup your songs before you send it in because i think they delete them for some stupid reason
