My Polaroid iZone 550 is not working?

When I power with the AC adapter, only the red LED is flashing. I have sent emails to the company support but till now no reply.
Please help me to resolve this issue or suggest me to reload the FIRMWARE. Kindly give me the website address for the firmware of Polaroid iZone 550.
