I have cingular. and my phone is a Samsung ZX20. So when i am at stores sometimes i have bad connections. like my bars are at 0 or 2. sometimes its at 5 or 4 which i am okay with. so i dont really get what's wrong with my cell phone. i already exchanged it with the same one but it's like the same. so could you tell me whats wrong with my phone?

This phone only averages around 3 bars, its very unlikely its an aerial problem.
Return to the place of purchase for some advice.

What pretend.. lol. often times it does precisely like you describe. only the nature of cell telephones. direction, you spot on television the categorised classified ads make it look no man or woman is conscious cell telephones can lose signal and they only keep speaking as if there is someone at the different end. and there is useless silence.

its not your phone, its your services, cingular SUCKS!!!!!, and dont believe what you hear so does verizon, not to mention its over priced, im with sprint, and i love it, honstly, but look to see what company has the best signal, and find a plan, teehee

could b the problem with the aerial on that model try another model
