I bought an import phone from a T-Mobile store in the mall. They were advertising it with iTunes, that's the whole reason I bought it. And since it's an import phone, there are no refunds or exchanges.
So I take it home, and there's no iTunes on it at all, or any mention of it in the directions.
I went back to the store 3 different times to ask them what I should do, and they said to call customer service and have it downloaded, that I could access it with my memory card... A BUNCH OF CRAP THAT DIDN'T WORK, long story short.
So I called there today to talk with the manager, and he said, "well when we say iTunes, we mean digital audio player." But I argued, "those aren't the same things, and your employees have been telling me otherwise!" He said he didn't know what to tell me, that I'm stuck with the phone.
I'm so pissed off! They sold me a phone, said it would have iTunes, and it f-ing doesn't and they won't give me a refund! What do I do?!
