There are a few ways to do this. I prefer using a product called Handset manager http://www.yesofcourse.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=3370 I bought mine from these guys for like 35 bucks. It will format the image to the demesions you need, it will let you copy save and edit your contact, add wallpapers, ringtones, I also use it for putting mp3's on my i870, I also go to www.nextpimp.com for totally free ringtones. if you have any other questions please let me know.
