My friends have bought so many fancy expensive phones since then and they've all broken. Have I just been lucky or was the phone a good model?

I'm tempted to buy a new phone but I'm curious to see how long I can make this one last!

I have a motorola Q, and originally it was supposed to come with Microsoft word, exel.. ect... but it didnt. Now i am wondering is there any way for me to get Word or WordPad )or something i can write documents on ) on my Phone?

There are 2 buttons on the side of the phone. Even when the phone is flipped closed, these buttons will still change the display...ie; from time to ringer status, and the second button will change the ringer status. This keeps happening to me, even when in a case, when the phone bumps against something.
Is there any way to lock these buttons so they are inactive when the phone is closed?
