The iPod mini was discontinued in late 2005, replaced by the iPod nano. Thus, stores were no longer supplied with mini's and stopped selling them.

Because Apple stopped making them. You can buy refurbished iPod minis at the applestore online.

Apple stopped making them and replace them with the nano technology stepping up and evoling better design in the nano and better quality

Because they came out with the 'less for more' nano. For the same price, you get half the storage capacity. But hey, it's smaller! ; )

Apple stopped making them so look on ebay you can usually get them cheaper there anyway
