maybe you can try restarting your ipod by holding down the play button and the center button at the same time until you see the apple logo then press the play button again to start it. i hope this works for you. GOOD LUCK.

hi there.code 10* ipod* means your ipod was damage due to moisture cause by rain,water drops or any similar situations.try drying it fisrt i hope it'll sart again. good luck
