this error message continues to come up but no instructions on how to correct the problem

I upgraded to windows xp professional a while ago and its been acting funny lately. I was wondering if there is a way to reinstall windows xp pro upgrade with out getting any of my programs or files deleted?

Version 10 is bloated with crap... too slow... overpowers RAM... runs like Windows 3.0 (DOS) software... Everyone would rather have the 8th edition... each year it gets worse... the majority of bloggers hate it... so why can't programmers appeal to the mass public and put an effort into fixing their garbage?

I got one that was about $40 and is complicated...can someone give me an easy photo pogram just to edit and do cute things with pic....don't want to print them just play with the pics fro like myspace and stuff like that....photoshop? but exactly which one and where can i get it? nothing fancy please

Why do appointments not stay on my calendar once the date is past? For example: I entered "Lunch with Boss" on Feb 22. I go back today to Feb 22 and there is nothing on that day. I looked for other past items and they are all gone. Is there a way to make them "stick" or is that a feature of Outlook that once the appointment / day is past, the items are gone?
