Go to Adobe macromedia site (in the source list), which will tell you what version you have installed and link you to update software. You must be logged in with administrator rights to install Flash. Close all browsers after install and try again. If your convinced its installed try checking your plugin settings in Internet Explorer, or FireFox.

Also, do you have ad blockers installed? Maybe .SWF files are being blocked?

A) security trouble
reduce security but not remove it.
open Internet explorer-->tool-->Internet option-->security-->custom level select medium.

B)flash player is bloqued
Unblock marcomedia on your firewall or windows.

C) version not compatible
try another version try a old and a new

D) navigator trouble.
IE6 or IE7? Internet explorer 7 it's "new" and have bugs with some scrip plug-in....
if you have IE7 uninstall it(add remove program on control panel), download IE6 on the Microsoft web site and try it. If the flash work stay on IE6

set internet security levels all 4 to default
