i want to know how all this open source mechanasim works

although the code is open, while the document is not free. related technical support can not be free yet.

I'm trying to get answers for a similar question, I think so far that the business is not in the software sales, of course, these software is free (as free of cost), but the related services of implementation and training are the source of the revenue.

not everyone is interested in money....
money only brings on greed the more you have the more you want .. the pleasures in life is doing what you like best...
open source brings better products, it works like this... I design a program... and put it on the net,, you download it.. and make it better.. you put (Our work back on the net) someone else then downloads it and makes it even better,, and it goes on like that until it is perfect... there for none of us can be paid of it because many parties have work on one idea to make it better..
