help need to get rid of some spyware and posible virus

It happened after I ran an optimiser program on my computer.I deleted my recylce bin after also so I cant reset anything that the optimiser program took out of it.I tried downloading a new windows media player but the same thing happens.Anybody got any ideas on what i can do.

It's just sucking up all the memory from my mac, so slow because it has to load up all those pics everytime, editing them is painful .. is there some way of setting up another iphoto on the same computer .. like an iphoto #2??

PLEASE ANSWER THIS...I am trying to return to original Power scheme settings: idle 30 mins..Standby until mouse or key used or shutdown. Cannot reset in Power Options. I am the administrator.If original settings restored in Bios, will any other changes happen? How do I do it, Step-by-Step? I really need help. Thanks.

I have a Microsoft Access table with three fields: First, Last and Full. In all rows where Last = "Smith" I want to write the contents of First and Last (separated by a space) in Full.
