i like to work from home,I 've p4 system with 250 gb hdd dvd-rw /laser printer /internet with good typing speed and good knowledge of computers/internet can anybody find me good job/biz which i can start from ny home in bangalore, near queens road...thanks

I bought a laptop and installed XP Pro. I have an older desktop with XP Home. 1) Can I use the same XP Pro disk to update the desktop? Does MSoft allow that? 2) When going from Home to Pro, is it considered an upgrade, or will I have to do a clean install?
