but they don't have da time 2 improve........but few people r cracking jokes on them IS IT FAIR.....................

Ya there are loads of the kind im my company.
They should devote some time to improve their comm. skills also.
Because as a software er. you have to come out the box sooner or later.
Making fun of others is the human tendency. you cannot stop people from making fun out of such things.

I not only know that but have come across many such candidates in my University. I try my best to help them out in such situations.
While it is not FAIR at all on others part to crack joke on such people, dont take much notice of it.. coz it acts as a catalyst for those bad in communication to improve themselves and also in the long run those excellent at work do excel.

there is no need to get full communication in english,there is talent to do their work probably, .
