iso image help?

what is supposed to happen if you put in fedora disk on should i get a fedora welcome screen or what if not what do i do

First make sure your PC is set to boot from CD. If you don't get anything, or just go into standard Windows boot process then it is possible the CD was not set to be bootable. Try burning it again, this time making sure to check the "Make Disc Bootable" option and then burn it. At least, that's the only thing I can think of.
