Is there a simple way to make the numbered blocks the same size as the lettered blocks. For instance, I want all numbered rows 1,2,3 etc... the same pixels as the lettered blocks A, B, C, D etc...

my windows xp is not at all acessible i tried all the techniques during start up.... f8 safemode, restore mode..etc.. it didn't work, i can only access the files on the xp when i run win 98, my other os, but how can i erase them all without having the feeling that my win 98 or my computer might crash? is there a way? by the way, My drive C was partitioned on win 98 and my drive D was partitioned on win xp, can i just format my drive D instead? or can i just erase all the files including the win xp files in drive D? but when i do that, will i have to set the new os (im planning to use win xp service pack 3) on a new partition or not anymore?
