Goodness Judith, dont have to keep asking the same question 3 times! If you are having trouble with IE (Internet Explorer) then perhaps you should download Mozilla Firefox. Errors do occur on the net occasionally and IE is still buggy. Hope this helps!

if you can not get on the internet at all it sounds like you have a problem with internet explorer.

The best way to fix it is to do a system restore on your machine, it is not hard to do and it will not hurt it and easy to do.

go to start
go to accessories
go to system tools
then go to system restore in that window.

choose to restore system to a previous time
a calender will come up choose a bold date that you know that the system was working fine and click on it.

click on next

It will ask if you are sure if this is what you want to do and give you further instructions. and then just wait.
if that date does not work you can always go back to a date that is further date.
