All of sudden in my word documents, a sign IIP in mirrorised form have appeared.I mean P looks like 9 with 2 close lines like 1. I also see a lot of 90 degree arrows showing left. Why and how to do away this, I have a lot of paper work so someone please help me?

So... I installed an SMTP program (surgeMail) on my computer so that I can send email using myself as the outgoing server. I plan to prank my friend by sending him a fake email. I understand the whole SMTP protocol and commands and what not, but I'm hoping to find an easier way then typing everything in manually in telnet. I've found that if you make a typo... it's irreversible. Is there a way I can write a batch file or some other sort of script file to make this easier? What about in C#? Is there an easy way to do it that way? I know I could use sockets, but I'm hoping for something a bit easier/user-friendly. Any ideas?

Note: It successfully sends the email when I manually type it in error-free in telnet (telnet localhost 25). I'm trying to remove the possibility of error by having everything pre-typed and programmatically feed the commands to telnet.

when i go to the yahoo music video page the page launches but on the bottom i get "error page", or sometimes "page opening with errors". what does that mean and how do i fix it? thanks for all answers in laymans terms that i can understand.

My daughter is becoming quite a talented graphic artist, drawing cartoons and other storylines both on the computer and by hand. I am thinking about buying her an Apple desktop or laptop because I have heard that Apple is the preferred computer of graphic artists. Any opinions by graphics artists? I think the last time I used an apple was the Apple I back in the late 1970's.

I am obsoleting web pages on an intranet. I am replacing the obsolete pages with pages that say "Document ### is obsolete". On these pages I would like to include a single hyperlink that returns the viewer to the page from which they came, they could arrive at the obsolete page from one of several pages.

Is it possible to build a hyperlink that returns the viewer to whichever page they came from? If not, please let me know, if it is possible, any instructions, or links to websites with instructions will be extremely appreciated. Thank you so much! F.Y.I. Besides PHP being free and open source, is it better then asp.Net or Coldfusion?

Really I want to know .Net? I just started learning PHP and I completed a few learning DVDs about PHP with Lynda.com (One was PHP and MySQL DVD, that just released) and I still am very confused by PHP and how to make it work and etc etc.

Is "asp.Net" better and easier and more affective.

the same question for coldfusion.

I dont really care if php is free and open source. I just want the best and also maybe the .Net is easier to understand ... I'm so lost with PHP and I have been learning it all week.

Any thoughts and comments ... I'm all ears.

a 12 bit register is split up such that 8 bits are used in fractional two's complement representaiton to represent sent the mantissa and the remaining 4 bits are used as an integer two complement representation for the exponent as follows

using the register representation the following numbers in normalsied or standard form :

a)+1 b)+9 c)-3 d)-30 e)0.125 f)-0.015625

Not sure how to solve this i have an example of this but they give a number to the mantissa themselfs? ...
