i'm developing a web-based system that will allow users to view and update patient records. nurses can only update patient records assigned to them (room assignment) in a specific date and time.

current design:
i have a table for assign, anurse, and aroom. they have the following attributes:
assign (asid_pk, adate, stime, etime); asid_pk-primary key, adate-schedule date, stime-start of shift, edate-end of shift
aroom(asid_fk, rno_fk); asid_fk-foreign key referencing asid_pk from assign, rno_fk-foreign key referencing rno_pk from the table for room
anurse(asid_fk, nid_fk); asid_fk-fk from assign, nid_fk-fk from the table for nurse

problem:
i have to duplicate entries in assign table to assign different nurses in different rooms. there will be 12 entires in the assign table with the same date and time and different primary keys. 12 because there are 12 groups of rooms and in each group 1-4 nurses will be assigned.

I am on the look out for the tools/methods for the creation of a 3D virtual world game to run on a website.
Anyone has experience in this field (design as well as play)? Anyone knows what program(s) to use for the development?
I have used Autocad to design buildings and man made objects, then 3Ds Max 8 to modify and texture them. Tried several for avatars without success.
Any advice would be welcome. Good graphics and true interactivity essential for the final goal.

Can someone please tell me how to use photoshop to make people's chin smaller, make their cheeks pinkish, fix their eyebrows, make their eyes larger(along with making them look more confident) , give them a good makeover (literally eyeliner and such) and change their hairstyle (with preset/downloadable brushes or something like that), as well as straighten crooked teeth?(Such that they stand out like those photoshopped models on advertisements). Also, can anyone suggest any good websites that provide photoshop tutorials?

I am in the middle of an HTML puzzle...in that page ...i have to fill the form ...and submit it....but surprisingly there is no SUBMIT button....and the hint ,,to submit is " view the source code"....could u plzzzzzzz help me to submit this form
