If you have this picture saved under "My Pictures" all you have to do is go to "My Pictures" and right click on your picture. It should say Edit as the first option. Press Edit and wait a few seconds. It'll automatically bring you to Paint Shop and you can easily cut the writing out of your picture and replace it with your name by looking on the left side and pressing the Capital A button. Insert a text box and write your name in whatever color and font you want. Otherwise, I would strongly advise you get Photo Shop. They have many versions of it, but for your purposes, I think that the original Photo Shop is appropriate. It can be a little expensive though. I am not too sure about the pricing, but the latest version of it runs around 1,000 dollars.

try to find the exact same picture on image search. then save it to your pc and use a software like Picture It! Photo or microsoft works. If you can't find one, or if you don't want to waste time finding one, try to crop the part of photo which has a text/watermark then click "add text" somewhere in the options the put the word/s you want. hope it helps. Goodluck!=)

Yuck, use real english please. I will explain it but judging from the babytalk. you might not understand.
You need a photo program of some kind. You can paint out the old words and then use the text function to add your new ones.
