i want to make a free aspx support website for free, pls help me which of the site provide this feature for free?

ASP(x) is a Microsoft product running ONLY on Window servers.
Since window servers are payable, and ASP is licenced for a fee, as well as all other services (database etc), all is payable.
If you want free stuff, change to a Unix/Linux web server, running Apache with PhP and MySQL: EVERYTHING is Open source, free, and quite free of bugs as well (which is far to be the case for ASP!)
