I’m using a great online company called Sitesell. This is the very first time I have ever built a website, so I needed a company who could take me by the hand, step by step!
I have nothing but praise for them! They make EVERYTHING so easy! They supply all of the online training, simple (yet incredibly sophisticated tools) and excellent support.
There is small annual hosting fee to pay but that includes all of the above plus your domain registration. They even supply the templates for designing your site! And don't worry about html coding or other techy stuff as that's all taken care of for you!
My site is only 18 months old. but It’s already very highly ranked by the major search engines and is attracting more than 15,000 visitors a month…..and rising! Plus it generates an income which not only well exceeds the costs, but actually shows a very healthy profit!
You can get more details from my information page at:

I use godaddy to purchase my domain names, This is a one year fee.
For hosting, I look into the bells and whistles - basically what a hosting plan has to offer me. For my social networking website i use and trust godaddy as well... http://www.bettermember.net
I'm in the process of launching my second website in which I use 0grief.com to host. This is pretty cool since additions of when it was first released, It's got all the accessories.
To answer your question though. HTML - http://www.web-source.net/html_codes_chart.htm this is one of the sites that I use. But on a personal note... Don't limit yourself to HTML. The way to go is to find a hosting that offers MySQl Databases and PHP. PHP is the more popular anymore and a necessity if you want your site to be interactive. You may also want to take the time to look into javascripts, this will be a great addition to your website and find things that you would like to offer to the viewers of your website.
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/ - is a site that I use to collect a lot of free toys and also learn some about CSS and what they can do for your web pages.
There is a lot that goes into a website and proper maintenance to keep it running smoothly.
This will get you started. I hope it was helpful in what your looking for to fit your needs about a website. If you have any further questions, I will help if you need it and at all possible for me to answer. contact me at bettermembers@yahoo.com
Best of Luck,

For a website, you need 3 things:
1- Domain Name
2- Hosting
3- Design
Domain name is your website name, like yahoo.com, google.com and etc.
Hosting is a space in a server connected to the Internet where you can put your data there.
and the Design's name is on its-self, it's your website's decoration.
there are many Domain and Hosting providers like Yahoo Small Business, Godaddy.com, Register.com and etc
If you make a search with "domain and hosting" keywork, you'll find many of them.
For design, you can use Microsoft Frontpage (included in MS Office pack), or Dream Weaver.
If you use them, you don't need any HTML knowledge.
Also, there is many content management systems which you can install on your website easily like phpnuke, www.phpnuke.com.
CMS (Content Management System) can help you to make your website very easily without even needing HTML or softwares like Frontpage.

Don't worry about HTML tags, at least in the beginning. Use Microsoft Frontpage to create a document with few pages and link them using hyperlinks. Test your website in preview mode and Publish on a free webhosting site. Latter you can view the HTML generated by Frontpage to have a sound grasp of it.

You get factors off the bat via beginning off wisely. April 2010 is a useful objective, giving your self countless time to get into marathon shape. the final analysis is working. you prefer to be certain a base - the place you're working approximately 30-35 km a week. yet get there slowly! commence off working 3 km three times a week. As you sense extra ideal, develop the area of those runs, then upload further days of working. And once you have 3 or 4 3-4 km runs down, upload a protracted-term into your recurring. Your long-term would commence off at 8-10 km. ok, so which you have your base. In October, you are going to enhance that to into your marathon guidance plan. you will detect a zillion on line, and no one is unavoidably extra clever than others. yet only approximately all stick to the comparable define: shorter runs throughout the week, and a protracted-term on the weekend. As you attitude race day, your long-term would be 35-40 km! (it type of feels impossible now; in six months, you will anticipate it!) you will see plans that contain hills, tracks and fartleks. i wouldn't contain those until eventually you get the 1st marathon below your belt. attitude: locate acquaintances to run with. They get you throughout the not hassle-free spots, and if somebody's waiting for you you may ensue. Run this popular race just to end, to not smash any velocity information. somewhat, when you conquer your first marathon, think of of what worked, what did not, and prepare for the subsequent one! If some thing hurts, supply up working and attempt lower back yet another day. And it is completely all good to stroll some days in case you get drained throughout the time of an trip. (Oh - verify which you do have good working footwear.) finally, in case you ask 4 runners for suggestion on a marathon, you will get six evaluations. Do what works for you. And kick butt on your marathon. and quite finally: the plant existence Marathon fills up immediately, and via lottery. computer screen the area so which you will prefer your registration in as quickly as possible to guard your spot on the beginning line.
