I am obsoleting web pages on an intranet. I am replacing the obsolete pages with pages that say "Document ### is obsolete". On these pages I would like to include a single hyperlink that returns the viewer to the page from which they came, they could arrive at the obsolete page from one of several pages.

Is it possible to build a hyperlink that returns the viewer to whichever page they came from? If not, please let me know, if it is possible, any instructions, or links to websites with instructions will be extremely appreciated. Thank you so much! F.Y.I. I'm working in Frontpage if it makes any difference...

From your description the reader could arrive at the page from several different previous pages. The best thing for the reader to do is to use the browser's back button to return the reader to the page he was on before. Text that states this is commonly seen on other sites so this would not be all that different. I suggest you consider doing that.
