yes definitely. just try and master the skill of drawing using a mouse. in photoshop use the pencil tool or brush. but if you are having a hard time then you can buy and use a graphics pen. it can be bought and plugged on a pc. what you draw any surface using the graphics pen (which has no ink) appears on the computer

yes you can .. i'v seen people do it with photo shop .. but usually to get best control you'll need a drawing tablet but even with out it .. if you have good control of drawing with mouse then it's not a problem as long as you can draw well

s. u can bring ur imagination to pc. But, u need good practice. But, start drawing fromms-paint. Its good to try out. then, once u feel u r gud, go2 adobe and make use of all le available effects
