Implementing Database Structure Design
You must now implement the database tables that you have designed. While you are creating the database tables take screen shots of each significant stage and paste them into an msn word document.
For example:
Step 1. I opened MS Access and selected blank Access database and then named my file video store database and selected Create.
Step 2. You must give enough detail so that somebody can recreate your database structure by reading your documentation
Once your data table has been created you should illustrate how you created your relationships.

For this task you must show that you have made two improvements to your database structure during implementation.
If you found any problems with your design during implementation (with field names, data types, field sizes etc. you should write about them here.

Implementing my input form design
You must now implement the input form that you have designed as before you must take screenshots illustrating your progress.
Your documentation should be similar to the following format.

Step 1 in my Access I selected forms from the objects panel and clicked new than form wizard.
Step 2 you must give enough details so that somebody can recreate your form just by reading your documentation.
