When I try to add my own HTML into the code box on Dreamweaver it comes up with this error:


What do I do to either turn it to fals so its unlocked or just so I can add my own code in.
The code works I've tried it literally on the Internet but whenever I put it in it comes up with this error.

Can anyone help?

I have to write a code for addition of two numbers that will be entered as decimal, written on the screen as binary and then have them added up together. I know how to do the conversion and the display of the numbers but how do i add up two floating point numbers. I don't understand that float point part

In the wingdings font, theres a skull and crossbones symbol, but whenever I try to put it in my MSN name it comes up as N. Is there any way to keep it as the skull?

I have developed a political (non-partisan) website forum to discuss current events but most domain names related to politics are already taken up by scavengers. In this regard, the below link is the domain that matches my website theme but confused if its over priced or not. If you have any other domain names that are not registered I would really appreciate it.

Hi! I'm about to open a practice in herbal medicine. I have numerous forms, files, printouts, handouts and homeworks on important information I'll likely need in the coming years, some of it on harddrive, some on portable drive, some hard copy. What's the best way to keep track of this information? My goal is to put something together where I put in a keyword and my computer searches, telling me where to look or even pulling up files.

Is this possible? Would a database do it? How much should I pay for someone to design a database for me?

I shot an independent movie not too long ago. Their are pics on the photographer website that I'm trying to get. The problem is, I can't copy and paste the pic, I can't drag the pic, and I when I right click and only talks about Adobe flash player options. Is there any other way I can get these pics?

I'm making a form right now that has all the circuit outages in a year with many information such as month, circuit name, circuit number, KV, and what not. Theres alot in my form, i want to create a search button named "Find Month" in which the function is that when i click the button, it will prompt up the search field that only searchs for the month and will display all the shortages for that month

here is the question:
"suppose we are given a pile of cards: square or circle, coloured or uncolourd". 1: Unshaded square 2: shaded square 3:unshaded circle
4: shaded circle.
write a set of instructions using WHILE LOOP and IF....ELSE selction structures to sort the shapes according to the shades. write an appropiate message for each card, for example 'shaded circle' or 'unshaded square'. Each message should be be on new line.

I want to design a website and I know how to make all the page and put the forms there, but I still don't know how to make the forms to be submitted to my email address (or anywhere).
Would you be kind enough to tell me how to do it (using dreamweaver MX for mac), or send me the code of a page only with forms to be submitted to an email address, so I can figure out how to do it?

** any other explanations about forms submitted anywhere are welcome, they can be sent to the page where the form fields are, or to another page, etc. (but if you tell me how to send them to my email, it would be awesome!)

I build my first web site in Dreamweaver 8 in the split screen so I could see the code and visuals at the same time. I know a bit about html, a little bit.. where can I go on line the get tutorials and advise on learning html. My second question what other code do I need to learn to proudly call myself a coder...I ask this to you experienced coders out there..Java script, xhtml what else I am getting a real interest in hand coding websites and know there are truly excellant coders out there I need your advise where to start .. you guys where beginners once yourself... so please pass on your wisdom to a rookie

Hi all,
I have a problem when trying to read the analog value from the
onboard potentiometer on Dragon 12(mc9s12dp256) .I came to know that
the potentiometer is internally connected to pad07 and the result is
stored in the adr00h register.I tried to display it on the LCD.It
gives a blank space.These are my ATDCTL config words

_io_reg[atd0ctl2] =0x80;
_io_reg[atd0ctl3] =0x08;
_io_reg[atd0ctl4] =0x80;
_io_reg[atd0ctl5] =0x27;

I tried connecting the vrh and vrl to 5v and 0v respectively but still
didnt work out.

Could anybody suggest how i can read values from the pot.

I'm super new to this. I sell light weight stuff like earrings and bracelets, but i also sell heavy things like wooden Swings and hammocks. I am working on a non-profit web site and re-designing the whole web site and pages.

I am frustrated in that I am trying to link a 20 page PDF document to a roll over button on the Home page navigation bar.

When you test the home page and click on the specific roll over button, the PDF file does not open up. All I get is a white blank screen with the words "done" in the status bar.

I do have Adobe Reader so that should not be the problem.

I have checked the HTML coding to ensure it is accurate and I am at a standstill as I cannot figure out what I am doing that is not working.

I have been using Dream Weaver 8 for a few years now without any problems until today :0D.

Can anyone give me some ideas?

If you look at sites like yahoo.com, alibaba.com, ebay.com, msn.com ect...you can see that the tables have very thin borders.

They appear to be less than 1 pixel wide, and they look fine and thin in both IE and Firefox.

Any idea how they do this? Is it in the CSS style sheet?
