Is there a way to put wingdings symbols in text without it coming up as a letter again?

In the wingdings font, theres a skull and crossbones symbol, but whenever I try to put it in my MSN name it comes up as N. Is there any way to keep it as the skull?

There is no way to use the Wingding font in MSN. The skull is just what the "N" looks like in Wingding, When you transfer it into a program that can not use the Wingding font, it becomes an "N".

Try the following.
Start > Run > Type in: charmap
This will bring up a windows which displays all the symbols available in the font you are using. Many of them you do not have a key on the keyboard to type. You can find and select items from there (do not know if they have a skull), select and copy them, and use them within MSN.

Not quite Wingding, but it does give you more to work with.
