Criteria for Access 2003?

If I have a string of characters in each cell in an access column, what would the criteria syntax be to bring back any record that contains a J in the string?

Type the following as your criteria:

Like "*J*"

= '%J%'

That's SQL. I think that'll work for Access 2003 and higher, as well.
