I'm trying to design a myspace page

Is there any way i can add a picture and when someone clicks it it takes u to another page (link)

So i guess i'm saying how to i add a link to a picture?

Sorry if im confusing, and thanx in advance!

You can add a link to a picture by wrapping that picture with the tag.
Usually links are something like this:
click me

The above example would create a link with the words "click me" that would point to the website "http://google.com".

To make a picture a link you just put the image tag where the "click me" text is. So something like this:
