Sometimes when i play games my computer just restarts.... and even browsing internet.....

when windows restarts again a message shows ups and says... ...THE SYSTEM HAS RECOVERED FROM A SERIOUS ERROR...

i want to know what is causing this error to happen.... i dont know whats casuing this...

I am using windows xp sp2, 1 SATA HD, 1 PATA HD, 1 EXternal HD... MSI motherboard, AMD Athlon XP 2000 processor... 1gb RAM, Geforce 6200...

it goes off. coz the power is low.
but when i use it on the USB port in my PC.it plays the music!
Am i using wrong batteries?

My friend recently sent me some songs over MSN. They're in a format that's just called "File", like on My Computer under Type it just says "File", not mp3 or wav like it usually is. To play the file, I have to specifiy which program I want to open this file on, so I choose Windows Media Player and the song plays fine.

I want to put these songs onto my iTunes and onto an audio CD, but to do that they need to be in mp3 or wav format, not this crazy general "File" format.

I'm totally computer illiterate, like you can't tell, lol. So I'm assuming that I have to convert it or something with a program, or is there a way to specify the type of file that this is?

I'm so confused, any help would be awesome.

i have windows xp in and it says recommoed install on C: Windows but i am using that one for windows xp. i am running it from microsoft vitural pc 2004. can i put both in that C: WINDOWS drive? i tried creating a new folder but it won't work.

On Google Earth is there any way to zoom in so close that you can make out specfic details of houses or other buildings. For instance when I get too close to a building it gets blury. Maybe this can't be changed, but I thought maybe there was a way to zoom closer.

I have searched online and came across no conclusive answers...
I have a dvd that is only about 3 years old and I've watched it several times (ok lots of times). Now, it seems to either be stalling or pixelating (or both). I am quite careful in handling my dvds. I have tried cleaning it (even though there are no apparent scratches), cleaning the DVD player and I have played it on 3 different players with the same results. Do DVDs wear thin with use like a VHS tape? I have thought of making copies of each and every one of my dvds, but since I have over 700, that seems like too big of a chore.

When I installed the itunes 7.0.1 it freezes when it says Status: Registering Modules...and it won't close the window when i tried to close it. Does anyone have this problem and any advice?? How long does it takes to install this program?
