Youve got an over heating issue or an overtaxed power supply.

Right click My Computer icon, select manage, and look at the Event Viewer ( under System Tools ). A crash should be recorded under the Application Error Records and System Error Records.

Its hard to same without being there, but all those HD's, probaly power issue.

Wireless Connection?Netgear? If so, the problem is caused by the drivers.I've gone through this a million times, and I don't care to elaborate. Is not caused by a virus either, obviously you would have not asked this question if you have done a virus scan.

Yes, it can be caused by a RAM module going bad also.
You still don't let anyone know if your are connected via wireless or ethernet. That would help diagnose the issue as well.
I had the same issue for like four months, and it turned out to be a driver issue, rather than a virus. Wasn't my RAM either.
The drivers for the Netgear wireless adapter have known issues with programming in XP with SP2, so do yourself a favor and investigate.

What might be happening is that your power supply has gone bad. Or, the computer might be overheating. It is likely the power supply over heating. This has happened to me before, the computer will randomly reboot. For a temporary fix, I pointed a fan at my computer and opened the case (not recommended as a permanent fix) You can buy a new power supply at your local computer store.
