My Laptop doesn't charge?

Why does my laptop charges only when i put the printer usb into the laptop, and it doesn't charge when i put the power cord on it. Will some please help me with problem.

Hmmm ... never heard of that one. Are you sure it is charging from usb? Have you tried a new battery to see if it does the same?
