It stands for Windows Violations Involving Shemales Taking Attitudes.

Basically if a Shemale gets nasty with you on any Windows based program you can report them and Microsoft's Legal Department will make fast work of them.

It is Microsoft's newest version of Windows. It will not be available to the general public till around the end of the year or later.

Just a newer version of Windows -- like Windows 3.1 to Win95 to Win98 to WinXP -- now, Vista.

From what I have read, it looks like it is not really not necessary for the average user -- but that's just me. See link below:
