That depends on what's wrong with it. You can try removing the keys and cleaning out underneath with a little compressed air, or an alcohol swab.

an old keyboard can be taken apart by the screws in the back. all the keys can be taken off with a butter knife. remember how they go
back, or just guess. the plastic sheet in the middle can be cleaned with alcohol and a cloth. the keys can be put in a bucket of warm, soapy water and swished around, then dried with a towel.

I wouldnt fix it.. Keyboards are so cheap it is better to buy a new one.
