My computer is very slow, im almost positive it has no viruses in it, i have AVG Free Edition, and it works pretty good but this computer is so slow, especially on the internet, when the internet is unplugged, the computer is pretty fast itself, does anyone have any programs i could use(free ones, im broke) and im about to pull my hair out with this slow piece-a-crap. Any answers would be appreciated, thank you.

2 days ago after downloading yahoo messenger and Limewire i think my computer's getting slow. do u think it's bcuz the downloads or what???
even if i wasn't connec to internet, i t takes long time to run Mc Word n Windows Media Player

I am 27+ years old,48kg. weat and unmarried youngman.but my out looking very simple, as a boy.no match my age, so i have some bad habit. no (1) i can't sleep smotly. no(2) i can't fooding my requier for me. some times ok or not. so for the moment what i can ? please consult me . thanks.

I cant get my sound to work. Drivers are installed, Device working properly, I have tried everything and Im wondering if my onboard sound has to be hooked up to something inside the pc or if the onboard sound should just work out of the box? And also why isnt it working in general? If it helps this is a new pc just built with onboard sound.

On my other computer my son installed some theme he got from a website however it also change the welcome screen where are login profiles are well i wanted it off so i uninstalled this theme in the add and remove programs it uninstalled it but for some reason it is still on the welcome screen,How do i get it off and back the way it was?

I just got a new computer a couple days ago and my son was on it and now when i turn it on instead of going to the welcome log on screen where all the profiles are it just asks for my password,Well i dont have one and i never had one and i never set this login to come up this way and my son swears he didnt mess with it or change it.I dont no what to do cant get on the computer at all.

I connected my laptop hard drive to my desktop using a laptop to IDE Hard drive adapter with power. I can access everything on the laptop hard drive except the owner's folder it denies access to it. How can I access the owner's folder to get the files I want out of that folder?

this would make it easier for me to buy songs via itunes which will download in proprietary format (so it does not work with my sonos etc), then i burn in mp3 format to my hard disk, then rip from my hard disk back into my itunes, thus no longer in protected format (and thus now works with my sonos etc)
