How do i report that someones name was hacked into by someone else?

I was talking to someone that I know really well when he started talking to me like didnt even know me anymore when I asked who he was he said that he was just someone and that he was in a cafe and that the person hadnt loged off and that he was getting info off the persons name and the info has my phone number in it ...does anyone have any idea on how to report it or change his password before this guy does something stupid with it .... thanks anyone who can help me

You could try the FBI http://www.fbi.gov, but but you might want to try calling your local police first.
